SECTION 21 - REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

21.1 Electronic Services

All services provided by Liny Dee Tarot are digital, electronically delivered services. No physical products are shipped. As such, there are no returns or exchanges, as there is no physical item to return.

​

21.2 Delivery Timeframes

Each service includes an estimated delivery timeframe on the order page (for example, 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours). These timeframes begin once payment has been successfully received.

​

21.3 Refund Eligibility

If I am unable to deliver your purchased service within the advertised delivery timeframe, I will continue working to complete your order.

​

If your order has still not been delivered within 72 hours after the end of the advertised delivery timeframe, you may request a full refund.

For example:

A 24-hour service becomes eligible for a refund if it has not been delivered within 96 hours of purchase.

​

A 72-hour service becomes eligible for a refund if it has not been delivered within 144 hours of purchase.

21.4 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

21.5 Completed Services

Once your digital tarot reading has been completed and delivered to the email address provided with your order, the service is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund.
